Step 1: Intro call

Let’s set up a brief introductory call to learn about one another and confidentially explore whether the opportunity is a good mutual fit.

Step 2: Preliminary offer

If both parties want to proceed, we’ll request some basic financial information to provide a ballpark valuation for your business.

Step 3: Letter of intent (LOI)

It we are mutually interested in moving forward, we’ll request additional information about your company to outline a clear set of mutually agreed upon offer terms in a Letter of Intent (LOI).

Step 4: Due diligence

Once the LOI is signed, we will embark on a more detailed evaluation of the financial, operational, and legal aspects of the company, while arranging for legal documentation to be drafted.

Step 5: Close and celebrate! 

On closing day, we’ll execute legal agreements, transfer funds, and celebrate new beginnings!
